Do you not need a thermal camera during your flight? You can easily remove the thermal mount within a few seconds.

Radiometric recordings

If you choose a radiometric camera, then each pixel has a calibrated temperature value. You can subsequently analyse the thermally recorded photos with FLIR Tools and use it for example to generate reports for your client.

The thermal drone setup is equipped with dual cameras (RGB/thermal). This means that you have daylight and thermal imaging at your disposal simultaneously.

The thermal image is very suitable for detection and the RGB image is perfect for recognition.

Automatic Hotspot Detection

In many applications indispensable: The DRONExpert® 'Automatic Hotspot Detection'.

When the contrast of temperatures is close to each other, the detection of an object with a standard thermal image is very difficult (see left photo). With the DRONExpert® 'Automatic Hotspot Detection' you will be informed when a hotspot is detected in the FOV immediately. This is possible by measuring based on the temperature value in the pixel. The threshold value of this function can be adjusted as desired, so that any desired heat object can be detected. This functionality is makes it indispensable for applications such as ‘Search and Rescue’.
